Photos, videos, growth charts, and milestone logs. Stored until you manually delete them or close your account. Remains in secure cold storage for 90 days post-closure before permanent deletion.

💬 Community Posts & Messages

30 Days After Deletion

Forum posts, group comments, and direct messages within FamilyNest. Removed from public view immediately upon deletion. Fully purged from active servers within 30 days.

💳 Payment & Subscription Records

7 Years

Billing history, invoices, and transaction logs. Retained to comply with tax regulations, financial auditing standards, and subscription dispute resolution policies.

🩺 Expert Consultation Records

1 Year

Transcripts, session notes, and follow-up recommendations from certified coaches and therapists. Stored securely and automatically archived after 12 months per professional ethics guidelines.

🔍 Analytics & Usage Data

12 Months

Aggregated, anonymized interaction data used to improve our platform. Never contains personal identifiers. Renewed monthly on a rolling basis.
