At FlowCMS, we reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of our Terms of Service ("Terms") at any time. This section outlines our commitment to transparency, how we notify you of changes, and how those changes impact your account and continued use of our platform.
1. Notification Process
We are committed to keeping you informed. For material changes that affect your rights, obligations, or service functionality, we will provide notice through at least one of the following channels:
- Direct email to the primary account holder on file
- Persistent in-dashboard notification banner within FlowCMS
- Official announcement via our changelog or legal update blog
- Update to the "Last Modified" timestamp on this page
For non-material updates (e.g., typographical corrections, formatting adjustments, or minor clarifications that do not alter substantive rights), we may publish revised Terms without advance notice.
2. Effective Timing & Grace Period
Material changes will not take effect until at least 30 calendar days after the date of initial notification, unless required by law or explicit user consent for an expedited transition. The updated Terms will be published with a new "Effective Date," and the previous version will be archived.
3. Continued Use & Acceptance
Your continued access to or use of FlowCMS services after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use and submit a formal cancellation request prior to the effective date. Failure to cancel may result in prorated billing for the remainder of your current term.
4. Version History & Archive
We maintain a complete revision history for transparency and compliance purposes. Only the most recent version governs your relationship with FlowCMS. Archived versions are retained for reference only.
