Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Welcome to FlowCMS. By accessing or using our platform, documentation, API endpoints, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge and agree to the disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth in this policy. If you do not agree with any portion of this document, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
1. General Disclaimer
The FlowCMS Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain high standards of reliability, security, and performance, FlowCMS does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components. You acknowledge that internet-based content management systems are subject to inherent technical limitations, third-party dependencies, and network variability.
2. No Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlowCMS expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
- Warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content, data, or documentation provided through the Services;
- Warranties that the Services will meet your specific requirements or be compatible with third-party software, plugins, or integrations;
- Warranties regarding uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the platform or underlying infrastructure.
3. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall FlowCMS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill;
- Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services;
- Business interruption, system failure, or data corruption;
- Personal injury, property damage, or any other direct or indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
Even if FlowCMS has been advised of the possibility of such damages, aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to FlowCMS for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
4. User Content & Data Responsibility
FlowCMS acts solely as a content management and delivery platform. You retain full ownership and responsibility for all content, media, configurations, and data you upload, create, or manage through the Services. FlowCMS does not verify, endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-generated content. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, intellectual property rights, and third-party terms when utilizing our platform.
5. Third-Party Services & Integrations
The Services may integrate with, link to, or reference third-party applications, APIs, marketplaces, or partner platforms. Such third-party offerings are provided independently of FlowCMS. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, terms of service, or security measures of third-party providers. Your use of integrations or external links is entirely at your own risk.
6. API & Developer Usage
Access to FlowCMS REST, GraphQL, or Webhook APIs is subject to rate limits, usage quotas, and technical specifications outlined in our developer documentation. API endpoints may be modified, deprecated, or scaled without prior notice to maintain platform stability. FlowCMS shall not be liable for any application downtime, data loss, or service degradation resulting from API changes, third-party middleware failures, or improper implementation by developers.
7. Modifications & Updates
FlowCMS reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice. We may also revise this Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability policy periodically. Continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly for updates.
