🤝 Community Guidelines
To keep the mailing lists productive and respectful, please follow these guidelines:
- Search the archives first: Many common questions have already been answered. Use the search function before posting.
- Be specific and concise: Include your GeoServer version, OS, relevant log snippets, and steps to reproduce the issue.
- Use GitHub for confirmed bugs: If you've isolated a bug or have a feature request, open an issue on GitHub instead of the mailing list.
- Stay professional: We adhere to the OSGeo Code of Conduct. Constructive feedback is welcome; harassment or trolling will result in removal.
- Keep attachments minimal: Use paste services (e.g., pastebin, github gist) for logs, configs, or stack traces. Large attachments are blocked.
@lists.osgeo.org to ensure you receive list traffic. If you're stuck in approval mode, reply to the hold notification to release yourself.
