No. We value academic projects, personal work, and transferable technical skills. Our onboarding includes comprehensive GIS fundamentals training.
Yes. All interns receive a competitive monthly stipend ($2,000-$3,500 USD/CDN depending on location and track), plus a learning budget and remote work allowance.
Most tracks are fully remote. The Spatial Data Scientist role is hybrid (1-2 days/week in Boston). We provide laptop stipends and async-first communication tools.
You'll present your project to leadership, receive a performance review, and have the option to transition to a full-time role, part-time contractor, or graduate with a strong reference and portfolio.
We support OPT and CPT for eligible students in the US and Canada. We do not currently sponsor new work visas for internships, but we welcome inquiries about future sponsorship for full-time roles.
