Who is eligible to participate in the referral program?

All current full-time and part-time Health employees are eligible. Contractors and interns may participate but will receive a reduced bonus tier. Please check your employee handbook for specific eligibility criteria.
When is the referral bonus paid out?

The bonus is automatically processed and added to your next paycheck after the referred candidate successfully completes their 90-day probationary period and remains employed with Health.
Can I refer someone who is already in our applicant pool?

Yes, as long as the candidate has not yet been interviewed by our team. If they're already in the final stages, the referral may not qualify for the full bonus. Contact HR to verify before submitting.
How do I track my referral's progress?

Use the dashboard in your employee portal or the sidebar on this page. You'll receive automated email updates at each stage: Application Received, Interview Scheduled, Offer Extended, and Welcome Day.
