- Patient statements are mailed or emailed within 10 business days of insurance adjudication
- Full payment is due within 30 days of statement date
- Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge or $25, whichever is less
- Accounts over 60 days past due may be referred to a collections agency
- Billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 90 days of the statement date
