Visitor Guidelines & Policies

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and healing environment for our patients, staff, and visitors, please review and follow these guidelines during your visit to Health.

Visiting Hours & General Policies

  • General visiting hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday & Holidays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Only two visitors per patient room are permitted at a time
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
  • ICU, NICU, and Isolation units have restricted visiting hours. Please check with the nursing station.
  • All visitors must sign in at the main reception and wear a visitor badge visibly

Safety & Hygiene Protocols

  • Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the facility. Please use them upon entry and exit of patient rooms.
  • Wear a face mask if you are experiencing respiratory symptoms (cough, cold, fever)
  • Do not visit if you have been in contact with a contagious illness within the last 14 days
  • Footwear covers may be required for certain clinical areas
  • Please avoid touching medical equipment or supplies in patient rooms

Important Notice Visitors showing signs of active infection may be temporarily restricted from entering patient care areas for everyone's safety.

Parking & Building Access

  • Visitor parking is available in the East Garage (B1–B3). Validation is provided at the front desk after 2 hours.
  • Accessible parking spaces are located near the main entrance and require a valid placard
  • Main visitor entrance: 123 Health Avenue, North Wing
  • Emergency vehicle access is via the West Drive only
  • The facility is fully wheelchair accessible with elevators and ramps on all levels
  • Security may request ID verification for access to upper clinical floors

What to Bring & Patient Expectations

  • Bring a valid government-issued ID and visitor pass if applicable
  • Comfortable, modest clothing is recommended for all visitors
  • Food and beverages are permitted in designated waiting areas and cafeterias only
  • Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited without prior authorization
  • Personal care items for patients should be approved by the nursing team first
  • Quiet tones are expected in all hallways and patient rooms to support recovery

  • Lost & Found: Located at Main Reception, open 24/7
  • Security: ext. 111 or ask any staff member for immediate assistance
