1. Parties & Premises
This Residential Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Effective Date], by and between:

2. Term of Lease

3. Rent & Payment Terms

Landlord Responsibilities: The Landlord shall maintain the structural integrity, plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems in working order, in compliance with local housing codes.
Emergencies: For urgent maintenance, Tenant may contact HomeNest's 24/7 line at [Phone Number] or via the tenant portal.
7. Use of Premises & Rules
The Premises shall be used exclusively as a private residential dwelling. No commercial business activities are permitted without prior written consent from the Landlord.
Occupancy: Only the persons listed in this Agreement and [Number] dependents may reside at the Premises. Unauthorized occupants or subletting is strictly prohibited.

8. Default & Remedies
