How long does the screening take? +
Most screening reports are completed within 24 hours. Premium packages with priority processing are often completed within 4-6 hours during business days. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your report is ready.
Is the applicant charged for the screening? +
The cost of screening can be borne by either the property owner or collected from the applicant. If you'd like us to collect the fee from the applicant, please note this in the additional notes section, and we'll provide you with a payment link to share.
What information is included in the report? +
Reports include credit history, credit score, criminal background (7-year nationwide search), eviction history (7-year search), court records, and employment/income verification where applicable. The exact contents depend on the package selected.
Can I request a re-check if results are disputed? +
Yes. If an applicant disputes any findings in the report, they have the right to request a free re-screening after 60 days. We provide all necessary compliance documentation to help you manage this process properly.
