Facility Sanitation & Hygiene
Maintaining high sanitation standards is critical in shared fitness environments. IronForge employs industrial-grade cleaning protocols and expects all members to contribute to a hygienic space.
Daily Cleaning Protocols
- Hourly surface disinfection of all high-touch equipment
- Daily deep cleaning of locker rooms, showers, and restrooms
- Electrostatic misting of flooring and common areas
- HEPA filtration in all indoor training zones
Member Responsibilities
- Wipe down equipment before and after use
- Use provided disinfectant wipes and sprays
- Dispose of towels, water bottles, and waste properly
- Report any maintenance or sanitation issues immediately

- Active cough, cold, or respiratory symptoms
- Contagious illnesses or diagnosed infections
- Open wounds or untreated skin conditions
Recovery & Return Policy
- 24-hour fever-free period without medication
- Full symptom resolution required
- Physician clearance for extended illnesses
- Flexible membership pause options available
Emergency Procedures
All staff members are trained in CPR, AED operation, and First Aid. Emergency protocols are strictly enforced and regularly drilled.
- โ Medical Emergency: Alert front desk immediately. Staff will deploy AED if needed and call 911. Clear the area for emergency personnel.
- โ Fire/Evacuation: Alarms will activate. Follow illuminated exit signs. Assemble at designated outdoor meeting points. Do not use elevators.
- โ Suspicious Activity/Security Threat: Lockdown protocols activate. Follow staff instructions. Do not interact with suspicious items or individuals.

- By using our facilities, members agree to release IronForge Fitness, its employees, and affiliates from liability related to personal injury, equipment failure, or health events, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
- Full liability waiver and health questionnaire must be completed during onboarding and renewed annually.
