2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a membership. Individuals aged 14–17 may attend with a signed parental/guardian waiver and direct supervision. IronForge Fitness reserves the right to refuse membership or access to any individual at its sole discretion.

3. Membership & Billing

All memberships are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via authorized payment providers. Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Late payments may incur fees, and failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to maintain a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

• Theft, vandalism, or damage to equipment or facilities
• Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior
• Unauthorized use of equipment or entry into restricted zones
• Bringing outside animals, alcohol, or illegal substances

Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination of membership, and/or legal action.

5. Liability & Risk

Members are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions to staff prior to training. We strongly recommend consulting a physician before beginning any exercise program.

6. Termination

IronForge Fitness may terminate or suspend membership at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all access privileges will be revoked, and any remaining fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by local law.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IronForge Fitness operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in local courts of competent jurisdiction.

8. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, improve, and secure our services. This includes:

• Personal Information: Name, email, phone number, address, payment details, and emergency contacts
• Health & Fitness Data: Medical history, fitness goals, biometrics, and progress metrics (collected only with explicit consent)
