Study Best Practices
Online learning requires discipline. Use these evidence-based strategies to retain more and burn out less:
20–30 minutes daily beats 4 hours once a week. Our streak feature rewards consistency.
Pause videos to predict outcomes, write down key concepts, and test yourself before checking answers.
Study for 25 mins, break for 5. The platform's built-in timer can sync with this.
Explaining concepts to others is one of the strongest retention methods.
