1 Introduction & Acceptance

LearnFlow ("we," "our," or "us") operates an online learning platform providing educational content, courses, certifications, and related services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LearnFlow. By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2 Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Secure your password and account credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

3 Acceptable Use & Code of Conduct

You agree to use the LearnFlow platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Share, sell, distribute, or reproduce course content without explicit written permission.
  • Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access, download, or analyze our content.
  • Impersonate others, misrepresent your affiliation, or create fake accounts.
  • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users, instructors, or staff.
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or unauthorized advertisements.

Note: Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, termination of access, and potential legal action.

4 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on LearnFlow, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, quizzes, course structures, branding, software, and documentation, is owned by LearnFlow or its licensed content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By purchasing or enrolling in a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not:

  • Re-upload, stream, or distribute content to third parties.
  • Remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks, or branding.
  • Use content to create competing products or services.

Instructors retain ownership of their original course materials. LearnFlow grants itself a license to host, distribute, and market instructor-created content while the instructor maintains an active partnership.

5 Payments & Subscriptions

Certain courses, certificates, and premium features require payment. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. By completing a purchase, you agree to:

  • Provide valid payment information.
  • Pay all applicable taxes and fees.
  • Authorize automatic recurring charges for subscription plans.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. LearnFlow does not store full credit card numbers. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle.

6 Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all individual course purchases and subscription plans, provided you have not downloaded bulk materials or requested a certificate. To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase.
  • Provide your order ID and reason for refund.
  • Allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Bulk licensing, corporate plans, and custom training contracts are subject to separate refund terms outlined in the respective agreement.

7 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

LearnFlow provides educational content "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that courses will meet your specific needs, lead to employment, or result in specific career outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnFlow and its affiliates, instructors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, income, or business opportunities.
  • Service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party platform issues.
  • Content inaccuracies or outdated information.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using LearnFlow, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

9 Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must discontinue use and cancel your account.

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action waivers do not apply where prohibited by local law.
