Course completion, skill acquisition, certification recognition, licensure, and employment or income opportunities depend on various factors including your prior knowledge, dedication, time investment, geographic location, and external market conditions. We do not endorse or guarantee the acceptance of our certificates by any specific employer, educational institution, or government agency.

Any disputes, claims, or issues related to instructor conduct, course materials, teaching methodology, or copyright allegations shall be addressed directly with the respective instructor, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Technical Issues & Service Interruptions

We do not guarantee continuous, secure, or uninterrupted access to the platform. Technical difficulties, scheduled maintenance, server failures, network congestion, browser compatibility issues, or other factors beyond our reasonable control may affect service availability, data synchronization, or feature functionality. LearnFlow shall not be liable for any delays, temporary unavailability, data loss, or errors arising from technical issues, force majeure events, or user error.

7. Compliance with Applicable Law

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by the applicable jurisdiction's laws. Nothing in this Limitation of Liability shall exclude or limit liability where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection statutes.
