LearnFlow reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our platform, educational services, legal obligations, or business practices. Notification of Material Changes

When we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide you with advance notice through one or more of the following methods:

• Direct email notification to the primary email address associated with your LearnFlow account;
• A prominent banner or modal notice within the LearnFlow application or website;
• An in-app notification if you are registered for push or email alerts.

Material changes will generally become effective at least 30 days after notice is provided, unless required otherwise by applicable law or critical platform functionality.

Effective Date & Acceptance

The updated Terms will be effective on the date specified in our notification. Your continued access to or use of the LearnFlow platform, courses, community features, certification programs, or related services after the effective date constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue your use of all LearnFlow services prior to the effective date. Upon discontinuation, we will process any applicable refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy, and your account will be deactivated.

For transparency and compliance purposes, LearnFlow maintains archived versions of previous Terms. You may request access to historical versions by contacting our legal team. Note that only the most current Terms are legally binding and govern your use of the platform.
