System Requirements
To ensure optimal performance, your device should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Browser: Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, or Edge 90+
- Internet Connection: Stable broadband connection (min. 5 Mbps for video playback)
- Storage: 500 MB free space for offline downloads (Professional plan & up)
- OS: Windows 10+, macOS 10.15+, iOS 14+, Android 10+
Login & Account Setup

Navigate to the login portal

Accessing Courses
Once logged in, you can access your courses through the following methods:
- Dashboard Overview: Click any course card in "My Courses".
- Catalog Search: Use the global search bar to find public or enrolled courses.
- Direct Links: Instructors may share direct course URLs. These only work if you have active enrollment.
Course materials include video lessons, interactive quizzes, downloadable resources (PDFs, code snippets), and discussion threads. Downloads are available for Professional and Enterprise subscribers.
Subscriptions & Billing
Manage your plan, payment methods, and billing history under Settings â Billing. Key features:
- Upgrade/downgrade plans instantly (prorated billing applies)
- Add or remove payment methods securely
- Download invoices and receipts
- Apply promo codes during checkout
Troubleshooting Common Access Issues
Unable to log in
- Verify email and password (check Caps Lock)
