System Requirements

To ensure optimal performance, your device should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Internet Connection: Stable broadband connection (min. 5 Mbps for video playback)
  • Storage: 500 MB free space for offline downloads (Professional plan & up)
  • OS: Windows 10+, macOS 10.15+, iOS 14+, Android 10+

Login & Account Setup

  1. Navigate to the login portal

    Visit app.learnflow.com/login or click "Log In" from the main website.

    Enter your registered email and password. Enterprise users may see an SSO option (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID).

  3. Complete first-time setup

    New users will be prompted to set up their profile, select learning interests, and configure notification preferences.

For password recovery, click "Forgot password?" to receive a secure reset link via email.

Navigating the Dashboard

The LearnFlow dashboard is your central hub. Key areas include:

  • My Courses: View enrolled courses, progress tracking, and upcoming deadlines.
  • Learning Paths: AI-curated sequences tailored to your goals.
  • Calendar: Live class schedules, assignments, and certification exams.
  • Messages & Forums: Connect with instructors and peers.

Accessing Courses

Once logged in, you can access your courses through the following methods:

  1. Dashboard Overview: Click any course card in "My Courses".

  3. Direct Links: Instructors may share direct course URLs. These only work if you have active enrollment.

Course materials include video lessons, interactive quizzes, downloadable resources (PDFs, code snippets), and discussion threads. Downloads are available for Professional and Enterprise subscribers.

Subscriptions & Billing

Manage your plan, payment methods, and billing history under Settings → Billing. Key features:

  • Upgrade/downgrade plans instantly (prorated billing applies)
  • Add or remove payment methods securely
  • Download invoices and receipts
  • Apply promo codes during checkout
