Course Content & Intellectual Property Policy

LearnFlow is committed to respecting intellectual property rights while fostering a collaborative, innovative learning environment. This policy outlines the ownership, usage rights, and responsibilities regarding all course content, materials, and intellectual property created or hosted on our platform.

1. Ownership of Course Content

All instructional content, including but not limited to video lectures, written materials, code repositories, quizzes, assignments, illustrations, and audio recordings uploaded to LearnFlow, remains the exclusive intellectual property of the respective Instructors or Content Creators, unless otherwise explicitly stated. LearnFlow grants itself a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and reproduce such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

Some courses may incorporate third-party resources, open-source libraries, public domain assets, or materials licensed under Creative Commons or other frameworks. Instructors are required to:

Policy Note: As of 2024, AI-assisted content is permitted provided it is clearly disclosed, fact-checked, and does not violate copyright or platform guidelines. Students retain ownership of their original assignments and projects, but grant LearnFlow a license to display work in class galleries or review systems when explicitly opted in.

6. Prohibited Activities & Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

  1. Immediate suspension or termination of user/instructor accounts.
  2. Removal of infringing content without prior notice.
  3. Forfeiture of refunds or revenue payouts in cases of gross misuse.
  4. Legal action where applicable under copyright or contract law.

7. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Takedown Procedure

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated on LearnFlow, please submit a formal notice to our Copyright Agent at copyright@learnflow.com containing:
