Last Updated: October 15, 2024

Important Notice: This section outlines LearnFlow's policies, procedures, and rights regarding account suspension and termination. Please read carefully to understand how your access to the platform may be affected under specific circumstances.

LearnFlow is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and productive learning environment for all users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform in accordance with this section. All enforcement decisions are made at LearnFlow’s sole discretion, though we strive to apply these policies fairly, transparently, and proportionally.

9.1 Grounds for Suspension & Termination

LearnFlow may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if you:

9.2 Temporary Suspension Process

Unless immediate action is required to prevent harm, protect platform integrity, or comply with legal obligations, LearnFlow will generally:

  1. Notify you via the primary email address associated with your account;
  2. Clearly state the reason for suspension and reference the violated policy section;
  3. Provide instructions on how to resolve the issue or submit an appeal;
  4. Allow a reasonable cure period (typically 7–30 days) for non-severe or first-time violations.

During a temporary suspension, your account will be restricted from accessing courses, community forums, live sessions, and payment features. Your enrolled course progress, saved materials, and personal data will be preserved and remain accessible upon reinstatement.

9.3 Permanent Termination

Permanent termination may occur following:

Upon permanent termination, your access to LearnFlow’s services will cease immediately. Any unused subscription balance or prepaid credits will not be refunded, except where explicitly required by applicable consumer protection laws. We may retain certain account data as necessary for legal, financial, security, or operational purposes, in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy.

9.4 User-Requested Termination

You retain the right to terminate your LearnFlow account at any time. To do so, you may:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account within your user dashboard;
  2. Contact our Customer Support team with a written termination request;
  3. Cancel your active subscription and request full account closure.

Account termination is final and irreversible. Once processed, all personal data will be securely deleted from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is legally mandated or required for dispute resolution.

9.5 Appeals & Resolution Process

If you believe your suspension or termination was issued in error, or if you wish to contest the decision, you may submit a formal appeal within 30 days of the notification date. Your appeal should include:

Our Trust & Safety team will thoroughly review all submitted appeals within 5–7 business days. The final decision will be communicated via email. LearnFlow reserves the right to make final determinations on all enforcement actions, and its decisions are not subject to further internal review.

9.6 Post-Termination Obligations & Survival

Termination or expiration of this agreement shall not limit LearnFlow’s rights or remedies available under applicable law. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect, including but not limited to ownership of intellectual property, disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution clauses.
