Try these steps: 1) Force close the app and restart your device. 2) Check for app updates in your app store. 3) Clear the app cache (Settings > Apps > LearnFlow > Storage > Clear Cache). 4) Uninstall and reinstall the app. If the issue persists, contact support with your device model and OS version.
Open the course you want to download, tap the three-dot menu, and select "Download for Offline". Downloads require a Pro or Enterprise subscription. You can manage downloaded content in the "My Library" tab under "Offline". Note: Downloaded content expires after 30 days of inactivity.
Ensure notifications are enabled in your device settings (Settings > Notifications > LearnFlow). In-app, go to Profile > Settings > Notifications and verify toggles are active. If using Do Not Disturb or Battery Saver, whitelist the LearnFlow app. iOS users may also need to check Focus modes.
Yes! You can log in on up to 3 devices simultaneously. However, only one video stream can play at a time per account. For teams or families, consider our Enterprise plan which supports concurrent streams and admin sharing controls.
