We offer a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee on all individual course purchases and platform subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original transaction date.
Quick Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days, and your course progress must not exceed 10% of the total content viewed.

3. Processing Time & Methods

4. Non-Refundable Items
While we strive to accommodate all learners, the following items are excluded from our refund policy:
- Corporate, enterprise, or custom team licensing agreements (governed by separate contracts)

5. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your LearnFlow subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle. If you request a refund within the first 7 days of a new subscription cycle, we will prorate and refund the unused portion. Subscriptions renewed automatically are subject to the standard 30-day policy from the renewal date.
