Account & Certificate Verification

Complete our secure verification process to unlock premium features, issue official certificates, and verify instructor credentials.

Access Verification Portal

Navigate to Account Settings → Security & Verification. Click the "Start Verification" button to open the secure upload portal.

Tip: Ensure you're logged into the correct LearnFlow account.

Upload Government-Issued ID

Upload a clear photo or scan of a valid passport, national ID, or driver's license. Both front and back must be visible and unobstructed.

Verify Email & Phone

We'll send a 6-digit code to your registered email and phone number. Enter both codes to confirm your contact information matches our records.

Review & Submit

Review your information for accuracy. Once submitted, you cannot edit the documents. Check your email for a confirmation receipt and status updates.

Apply for Instructor Status

Go to Creator Dashboard → Verification. Fill out your teaching background, expertise areas, and teaching philosophy.

Submit Credentials

Upload your resume/CV, proof of education or professional certification, and a brief portfolio of past teaching or industry work.

Record Introductory Video

Record a 2-3 minute video introducing yourself and demonstrating your teaching style. This helps us ensure quality standards for our learners.

Tip: Good lighting and clear audio significantly speed up approval.

Await Review & Onboarding

Our academic team reviews applications within 3-5 business days. Approved instructors receive an onboarding kit and platform access.

Locate Your Certificate ID

Find the unique 16-character alphanumeric ID on your digital certificate or in your Account → My Certificates section.

Visit Verification Portal

Go to learnflow.com/verify and enter your Certificate ID and the name exactly as it appears on the certificate.

View Verification Results

The system will instantly display: issue date, course completion status, learner name, and a tamper-proof digital signature confirming authenticity.

Student verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours. Instructor verification takes 3-5 business days due to the additional credential review process. You'll receive email notifications at each stage.
You'll receive a detailed email explaining the reason (e.g., blurry image, expired ID, mismatched name). Simply resubmit corrected documents through the same portal. Multiple attempts are allowed.
Yes. All documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. We use verified third-party KYC processors and automatically purge raw documents after verification unless required for compliance. We never sell or share your data.
Absolutely. Employers can use our public verification tool at learnflow.com/verify by entering the certificate ID and learner name. This generates a tamper-proof verification page they can print or share digitally.
