"Content" includes all courses, videos, texts, quizzes, assignments, certificates, and materials provided on the Platform.
"Instructor" refers to third-party educators or subject-matter experts who create and deliver Content on the Platform.
"Services" encompasses all features, tools, and functionalities offered through the Platform.
3. User Accounts & Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify LearnFlow immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. LearnFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit suspicious activity.
4. Platform Access & Usage
LearnFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, educational purposes. You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Content without express written permission.
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access or extract data from the Platform.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to backend systems, servers, or other users' accounts.
Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
5. Course Content & Intellectual Property
All Content available on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, video recordings, assessments, and platform design, is owned by LearnFlow or its authorized Instructors and is protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and patent laws. Your license to use Content is strictly limited to personal, non-commercial educational use. Certificates issued upon course completion are intended to verify course completion and do not guarantee employment, academic credit, or professional certification unless explicitly stated.
6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Certain Services require payment. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. LearnFlow employs third-party payment processors; all transactions are subject to their terms and security protocols. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
7. User-Generated Content & Conduct
By posting, uploading, or submitting any content, comments, or materials to the Platform ("User Content"), you grant LearnFlow a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for Platform operations, support, and improvement. You represent that you own or have necessary rights to all User Content. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, infringing, illegal, offensive, or violates any third-party rights. LearnFlow reserves the right to remove any User Content at its sole discretion.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and processing of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy, including data collection, analytics, and communication preferences.
9. Termination & Suspension
LearnFlow may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. Provisions that should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will remain in effect.
10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Disclaimer: The Platform and all Content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. LearnFlow does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor does it guarantee specific learning outcomes, career advancements, or academic results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnFlow, its directors, employees, partners, and Instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or educational opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LearnFlow operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
LearnFlow reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We encourage users to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform.
