User-Generated Content & Community Conduct

Effective: January 1, 2024 Policy & Guidelines

At LearnFlow, our community is the foundation of our platform. Millions of learners and instructors share knowledge, collaborate on projects, and grow together every day. To maintain a safe, respectful, and productive environment, we require all users to understand and adhere to our policies regarding User-Generated Content (UGC) and Community Conduct.

Quick Note

By using LearnFlow, you agree to these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination depending on severity.

What is User-Generated Content?

User-Generated Content refers to any material created, uploaded, or shared by LearnFlow users on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Course lessons, assignments, and project submissions
  • Discussion forum posts, comments, and replies
  • Code repositories, design files, and digital assets
  • Peer reviews, ratings, and testimonials
  • Live session recordings and Q&A transcripts
  • Profiles, bios, avatars, and badges

When you contribute content to LearnFlow, you're helping build a richer learning ecosystem for everyone. We encourage creativity, accuracy, and constructive sharing.

Community Conduct Guidelines

Our community thrives on mutual respect and academic integrity. All users must:

  1. Be Respectful: Treat fellow learners, instructors, and staff with courtesy. Disagreements are natural, but personal attacks, harassment, or demeaning language will not be tolerated.
  2. Maintain Academic Integrity: Complete assignments and assessments honestly. Do not share answer keys, commit plagiarism, or collaborate fraudulently on graded work.
  3. Stay On-Topic: Keep discussions relevant to the course, project, or forum. Off-topic posts, spam, or promotional content should be directed to appropriate channels.
  4. Protect Privacy: Never share personal identifiable information (PII) of yourself or others without explicit consent.
  5. Give Constructive Feedback: Critique ideas and work, not individuals. Use evidence, suggest improvements, and acknowledge effort.
