What is your standard payment term?
Our standard payment terms are Net 30 from the date of invoice. Early payment discounts may be applied for select retainer agreements. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly service fee.
Can we adjust the scope mid-engagement?
Absolutely. All engagements include a change order process. Additional work is quoted upfront, approved in writing, and billed separately to ensure full transparency.
Do you provide detailed timesheets for hourly billing?
Yes. Clients receive itemized timesheets broken down by attorney/consultant, task category, and matter reference. These are available for export via our client portal or by direct request.
Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
