Property listings, pricing, square footage, lot dimensions, zoning classifications, HOA fees, tax assessments, and availability information published on Luxe Realty websites, applications, or marketing materials are sourced from multiple listing services (MLS), public records, third-party vendors, or property owners. While we exercise reasonable care to ensure accuracy, Luxe Realty does not guarantee, warrant, or assume legal liability for the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of such data.

Luxe Realty's role is to facilitate proper disclosure documentation and advise clients to seek independent legal and inspection counsel.

Dual Agency & Transaction Facilitation

Where permitted by state law, Luxe Realty may act as a dual agent or transaction facilitator. In such cases, written consent from all parties is required prior to representation. Dual agency does not impair our duty to disclose known material facts, maintain honesty, and ensure fair treatment for all parties involved.

Affiliate & Referral Disclosures

Luxe Realty may receive referral fees or compensation from third-party service providers (lenders, title companies, inspectors, insurance brokers). All material financial relationships are disclosed to clients prior to engagement. Clients are never required to use recommended vendors.
