The holding period ensures funds are protected against disputes or returns. As your account reputation grows and you maintain a low dispute rate, your holding period will decrease or be waived entirely.

No. If you receive payments in a foreign currency, a 1.5% conversion fee applies. We recommend setting your store currency to your local currency to avoid this fee.

Go to Account Settings → Payments & Payouts. You can add, edit, or verify bank accounts, PayPal, and card information. Changes may take 2-3 business days to verify.

The order will be marked as "Payment Pending." The buyer will be notified to retry or use an alternative method. If not resolved within 48 hours, the listing automatically returns to your available inventory.
