Import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. MarketFlow sellers list items as either DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or DDU/DAP (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please check the shipping details before purchasing.

Customs charges vary by country, product category, declared value, and weight. Rates are set by your national customs authority, not by MarketFlow or the seller.
Customs Documentation
We provide accurate commercial invoices and customs declarations for every international order. Sellers must declare item value, description, and HS codes per regulatory standards.
Delivery & Clearance Delays
Orders held for customs inspection may experience delays of 3–14 business days. MarketFlow and our shipping partners cannot expedite government clearance processes.

It depends on your country's import thresholds and the seller's location. Most countries apply duties to packages exceeding a certain value (often $50–$200 USD). MarketFlow does not collect these fees at checkout unless explicitly stated as DDP shipping.
Use your country's official customs calculator or contact your local postal service. You can also check the product page for shipping type (DDP/DDU) and declared value. Third-party duty calculators provide estimates but are not legally binding.
Refusing a package due to customs charges is considered a buyer-side return. Standard return shipping costs, restocking fees, and return-to-sender customs fees will apply. MarketFlow's refund policy only covers eligible returns as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Only if the listing explicitly states "Duties & Taxes Included" or "DDP Shipping." Otherwise, prices reflect item cost, shipping, and applicable sales tax/VAT at checkout. International duties are collected by your customs authority upon arrival.
MarketFlow can verify the declared value and item description on the commercial invoice. If you believe an error was made, contact your national customs office with the tracking number and invoice details. We can provide official documentation upon request.
