How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

To exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you may submit a request using any of the following methods:

Your request must include your full name, email address associated with your account, and a clear statement requesting to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Verification Process

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized access, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will request only the information necessary to confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized representative. If you submit a request through an authorized agent, you must provide a signed, notarized permission letter and verify your identity directly with us.

Information We Collect & Share

We collect personal information necessary to provide our pet care services, including account details, purchase history, service preferences, device information, and usage data. Under CCPA/CPRA, "sale" or "sharing" includes sharing personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information for monetary value, but we may share limited data with advertising partners as described in our Privacy Policy.

Response Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days. If we require more time, we will notify you of the extension and the reason, not to exceed an additional 45 days.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. To do so, you must provide a signed written authorization and verify your identity. Your agent must also provide proof of authorization to act on your behalf. We reserve the right to reject requests from unauthorized agents.
