All unused products may be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
✅ Eligible Items
The following categories are eligible for returns when they meet our condition requirements:
- Pet toys, accessories, and grooming tools (unused and in original packaging)
- Unopened food, treats, vitamins, and supplements
- Collars, leashes, harnesses, and apparel (with all tags securely attached)
- Bedding, crates, and carriers (never used, clean, and undamaged)
❌ Non-Eligible Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances:
- Opened, partially used, or expired food, treats, or supplements
- Personalized, custom-engraved, or monogrammed products
- Prescription diets, veterinary medical equipment, or flea/tick treatments
- Items that show signs of pet contact, odor, saliva, wear, or damage
- Final sale, clearance, or heavily discounted promotional items
📦 Condition Requirements
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, please verify that your items meet these conditions before shipping them back to our fulfillment center:
- Original retail packaging is intact, sealed, and undamaged
- All manufacturer tags, safety labels, and barcodes are present
- No evidence of pet interaction, washing, or environmental exposure
- Digital or physical proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is included
🔄 How to Initiate a Return
Start your return by emailing returns@pawssource.com with your order number, a clear photo of the item(s), and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Our customer care team will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping instructions.
⚠️ Please do not ship items back without prior written authorization. Unapproved returns may be delayed, rejected, or returned to you at the customer's expense.
💰 Refunds & Shipping Costs
Once your return is approved, received, and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the credit to your account statement.
- Standard Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable carrier and insuring your package.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: Paws Source covers all return shipping costs. A prepaid label will be provided with your RMA.
- Exchanges: We do not direct-exchange. Your original refund will be issued first, and you may place a new order for the desired item.
✅ All refunds are issued in the same currency and to the exact payment method used during checkout. Gift card purchases are refunded as store credit.
