Log in to your Paws Source account and navigate to the "Vet Care" tab. Select "Book Consultation," choose your preferred time slot, and describe your pet's symptoms. A certified veterinarian will join the video call at your scheduled time. Emergency issues should be directed to local emergency clinics.
We offer a 30-day "Happy Tummy" guarantee on all unopened pet food products. If the packaging has been opened, we accept returns within 14 days for quality issues. Please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the product to initiate a refund or exchange.
Yes! You can modify check-in/check-out dates or add services (like grooming or playtime) up to 48 hours before your reservation starts. Log in to your dashboard, go to "Upcoming Stays," and click "Edit Reservation." Changes are subject to availability.
Go to your Profile > Pet Profiles > Select your pet > Edit Details. Here you can update vaccination records, allergies, medications, and special care instructions. This information is automatically shared with your vet and boarding staff for safety.
Currently, our in-person services (Grooming, Boarding) and Vet Telehealth are available in the US and Canada. We ship select pet supplies internationally, though shipping times and duties may apply. Vet consultations use licensed professionals based in your region.
