Not at all! Our Puppy Kindergarten and beginner obedience classes are designed for first-time pet parents. Our trainers will guide you through every step, providing clear instructions and support.
We have specific programs for reactivity, fear, and aggression. For severe cases, we recommend starting with a 1-on-1 Behavior Consult to assess your dog and create a customized plan before joining a group setting.
Yes, you can switch to another class within the first 3 days of the start date for free. Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the class begins. After that, a credit towards future services applies.
