11.2 Effective Date

Once the effective date passes, the revised Terms govern all ongoing and future design engagements, deliverables, and platform usage.

11.3 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance

By continuing to use PixelCraft Studio's services, accessing the Client Portal, approving design deliverables, or making payments after the effective date of any modification, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must notify us in writing before the effective date, and we will discuss options for winding down any active projects in accordance with our standard termination clause.

11.4 Access to Previous Versions

We maintain an archive of all previous versions of these Terms for audit and reference purposes. Clients or legal representatives may request access to historical versions by contacting our compliance team at legal@pixelcraft.studio. Archived versions will be provided in PDF format within five (5) business days of request.
