Welcome to PixelCraft Studio's User Accounts & Conduct Policy. This policy governs your use of our website, design tools, collaborative platforms, client portals, and any other services provided by PixelCraft Studio (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account or using any of our Services, you agree to comply with all terms outlined in this document. This policy supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and should be read in conjunction with them.

This policy applies to all users of PixelCraft Studio services, including but not limited to: client accounts, collaborator accounts, community forum members, and trial/free tier users.

"User" or "You"
Any individual or entity that registers an account with PixelCraft Studio or uses any of our Services.
"PixelCraft Studio" or "We"
PixelCraft Studio, LLC, a digital design agency providing UX/UI design, web development, and related services.
"Services"
All digital platforms, tools, portals, and applications operated by PixelCraft Studio, including but not limited to the client portal, design collaboration tools, community forums, and project management dashboards.

2 Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. During the registration process, you agree to provide the following:

2.1 Information Requirements

  • Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full name, email address, and any other details requested.
  • Email Verification: All accounts must be verified via email. We will send a confirmation link to the email address you provide.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Users under 18 may only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one account per account type. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations, avoid restrictions, or gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.

If you need additional accounts for team members, please upgrade to a plan that supports multiple collaborators or contact our support team for enterprise-level account management.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1 Password Requirements

  • Minimum 12 characters in length
  • At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
  • At least one number (0-9)
  • At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
  • Must not contain your username, email, or common dictionary words

3.2 Security Best Practices

  • Never share your credentials with anyone, including PixelCraft Studio support staff. We will never ask for your password.
  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security. We support authenticator apps and hardware security keys.
  • Log out of shared or public computers after each session.
  • Use unique passwords for your PixelCraft Studio account that you do not use on other websites.
  • Review active sessions regularly from your account settings and terminate any sessions you don't recognize.

3.3 Reporting Compromised Accounts

If you suspect your account has been compromised or unauthorized access has occurred, you must notify PixelCraft Studio immediately by contacting our security team at security@pixelcraft.studio.

4 Acceptable Use

Our Services are designed to facilitate collaborative design work, project management, and creative communication. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this policy.

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use our Services for:

  • Creating, editing, and sharing design files and prototypes
  • Collaborating with team members on design projects
  • Providing and receiving feedback on design work
  • Accessing project documentation and resources

  • Using design system components and templates

5 Code of Conduct

PixelCraft Studio is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and productive environment. All users must adhere to the following code of conduct when using our Services.

  • Treat all users, team members, and community participants with dignity and respect
  • Provide constructive, actionable feedback on design work
  • Avoid language that could be construed as offensive, derogatory, or harassing
  • Respect differing opinions and design perspectives
  • Maintain a professional tone in all communications

5.2 Collaboration Standards

  • Respond to feedback and messages in a timely manner (within 48 hours for active projects)
  • Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale
  • Use version control and commenting features appropriately
  • Do not make unauthorized changes to files you don't own
  • Seek permission before sharing project files outside your team

5.3 Inclusivity Commitment

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with our Services (unless via approved API)
  • Creating fake accounts or impersonating another person or entity
  • Transferring or selling account access to unauthorized parties
  • Using your account to engage in illegal activities

6.2 Content Violations

  • Uploading or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Using our Services to distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Creating designs intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others (e.g., phishing pages, scam interfaces)
  • Uploading copyrighted material without proper authorization or licensing
  • Sharing personally identifiable information (PII) of other users without consent

6.3 Platform Abuse

  • Attempting to disrupt, hack, or damage our Services or infrastructure
  • Scraping, crawling, or data mining our Services without written permission
  • Using our Services to send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk emails
  • Circumventing usage limits, paywalls, or access restrictions
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software or tools

Zero Tolerance

Activities involving illegal content, threats of violence, or exploitation of minors result in immediate permanent termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

7 Content Guidelines

While we encourage creative freedom, content shared through our Services must meet certain standards.

7.1 Content You Own or Have Rights To

You may only upload, share, or publish content that you own or have the legal right to use. This includes:

  • Original designs, illustrations, and creative works
  • Properly licensed stock assets, fonts, and media
  • Content shared under open-source or creative commons licenses (with proper attribution)
  • Client-approved designs and deliverables

7.2 Attribution Requirements

When using third-party content, you must provide proper attribution as required by the applicable license. Our platform provides attribution fields for this purpose — please use them.

7.3 Design Integrity

While we do not judge creative choices, we expect designs shared on our platform to:

  • Be created with legitimate intent and not for fraudulent purposes
  • Not misrepresent our brand or imply endorsement by PixelCraft Studio
  • Comply with applicable accessibility standards when intended for public use

8 Enforcement

PixelCraft Studio reserves the right to enforce this policy through graduated measures proportional to the severity and frequency of violations.

If your account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal the decision by:

  2. Providing a detailed explanation of the circumstances
  3. Offering evidence that supports your case
  4. Awaiting a response from our Trust & Safety team within 10 business days

Appeals are reviewed by a dedicated Trust & Safety team that was not involved in the original decision. Our final determination is binding, though we encourage open dialogue throughout the process.

9 Account Termination

Accounts may be terminated under the following circumstances:

9.1 By PixelCraft Studio

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of this policy or our Terms of Service
  • Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for 12+ months may be archived)
  • Non-payment of fees for paid plans
  • Legal obligations or requests from authorities
  • Discontinuation of a particular service or feature

9.2 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  1. Navigating to Account Settings → Security → Delete Account
  2. Confirming your decision (this action is irreversible)
  3. Your account will be deactivated within 30 days, during which you can cancel the deletion

11.2 License to PixelCraft Studio

By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our Services. This license terminates upon your account deletion or request.

11.3 PixelCraft Studio IP

Our platform, tools, design system components, templates, and proprietary features are the intellectual property of PixelCraft Studio. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our proprietary design components
  • Resell or redistribute our templates outside of your personal or organizational use
  • Remove or alter attribution notices, trademarks, or proprietary notices

11.4 Collaborative Work

When multiple users collaborate on a project, ownership of the resulting work is determined by the contributing parties. PixelCraft Studio does not arbitrate intellectual property disputes between users.

12 Policy Changes

PixelCraft Studio may update this User Accounts & Conduct policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or best practices.

12.1 How We Notify You

  • Material changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice via email and in-platform notification before material changes take effect
  • Minor changes: Clarifications, corrections, and minor updates may be posted directly without separate notice

12.2 Your Continued Use

By continuing to use our Services after a policy update takes effect, you acknowledge and agree to the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your account as described in Section 9.
