🔄 Understanding Revisions

Revisions are iterative refinements made to existing deliverables based on your feedback. They ensure the final design aligns with your vision, brand guidelines, and user research insights.

What's Included in Your Project

  • Standard Rounds: 2 comprehensive revision rounds per milestone (Discovery, Wireframes, UI Design)
  • Feedback Scope: Layout adjustments, color/typography tweaks, micro-interaction refinements, and alignment to project brief
  • Delivery Format: Consolidated feedback via Figma comments, Loom videos, or shared documentation
  • Turnaround: 2–4 business days per round, depending on complexity

What Revisions Don't Cover

  • New features, pages, or user flows not in the original scope
  • Complete redesigns or fundamental direction changes after sign-off
  • Re-work caused by delayed feedback (>5 business days)
  • Third-party asset integration or development-level adjustments

📝 Change Requests vs. Revisions

A Change Request is triggered when the project scope, timeline, or strategic direction needs to expand or pivot. Unlike revisions, change requests affect deliverables, timelines, and budget.

💰 Pricing & Timelines

Change requests are priced transparently based on complexity and effort required.

  • Minor Adjustments: $150–$300 (single screen/component tweaks)
  • Moderate Changes: $400–$800 (new flows, structural adjustments)
  • Major Scope Expansion: Custom quote (new modules, platform shifts, re-strategy)

Timelines are adjusted proportionally. We'll never delay delivery without your explicit approval and a revised project plan.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after my included revision rounds are used?

Additional revisions can be purchased on an hourly basis ($120/hr) or as a fixed add-on. We'll always provide a quote before proceeding.

Can I request changes mid-flight?

Yes. We encourage early feedback. If it falls within scope, it's handled as a revision. If it alters the brief, we'll process it as a change request.

Do delays on our end affect revision rounds?

If feedback isn't provided within 5 business days, the current round pauses. Repeated delays may require a timeline adjustment to protect quality.

Is there a sign-off process?

Yes. Each milestone requires formal approval via email or project portal. Once signed off, the phase is considered complete and moves to production.
