PRISM is remote-first. We have team members across 12+ countries. A few roles may prefer or require in-office presence for specific client work, but we design every role to accommodate remote collaboration at the highest level.
It's a paid, realistic brief similar to actual client work. You'll typically get 3-5 days to complete it. We're looking for your thought process, creativity, and approach — not perfection. We pay a fair rate regardless of the outcome.
