Do I need to work specific hours?+
No. We follow an async-first model with a recommended 3โ€“4 hour daily overlap window for team syncs and client calls. Outside that, schedule your deep work whenever you're most productive.
How do you handle client deadlines across time zones?+
Projects are planned with buffer time and async handoffs. We use detailed documentation, recorded walkthroughs, and milestone tracking so delivery stays smooth regardless of where the team is located.
Can I travel or work from another country?+
Yes. We offer a "work-from-anywhere" policy for up to 90 days per year. For permanent relocations, we handle visa support and contract adjustments to ensure compliance and continuity.
Is there a probation period for remote hires?+
We have a 60-day onboarding & integration phase focused on tool training, team syncs, and gradual project ownership. It's supportive, not punitive, and designed to set you up for long-term success.
How does performance review work remotely?+
Reviews are quarterly, data-driven, and tied to clear OKRs. We focus on shipped work, client feedback, collaboration quality, and continuous growth rather than time-tracking or visibility.
