01 Welcome to RaiseIt

RaiseIt is a global crowdfunding platform designed to connect visionary creators with passionate backers. By creating an account, launching a campaign, or contributing to a project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Introduction & Acceptance Agreement.

Our mission is to foster innovation, transparency, and community-driven funding. We provide the tools, infrastructure, and support to help ideas become reality, while maintaining a safe and compliant environment for all participants.

02 Platform Rules & Responsibilities

• Creators are solely responsible for delivering campaign rewards, managing funds, communicating updates, and complying with all applicable local and international laws.
• Backers contribute at their own risk. Crowdfunding is not an investment vehicle, and contributions are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated by the creator or required by law.
• All campaign content must be original, lawful, and free from misleading claims, intellectual property violations, or prohibited items.
• RaiseIt reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove campaigns that violate these terms, and to freeze funds pending investigation when necessary.

03 Fees & Financial Transparency

RaiseIt charges a flat platform fee of 5% on successfully funded campaigns, plus a 2.9% + $0.30 payment processing fee per transaction. Funds are disbursed to creators only after the campaign successfully reaches its goal and the funding period concludes.

All fees, payouts, and transaction records are accessible through your dashboard for full transparency. Tax responsibilities regarding contributions and disbursements remain the sole responsibility of the user.

04 Dispute Resolution & Support

In the event of a dispute between a creator and backer, RaiseIt will facilitate mediation through our Resolution Center. If an amicable resolution is not reached, parties may pursue legal action in accordance with applicable jurisdiction laws.

RaiseIt is not a party to any transaction and assumes no liability for campaign outcomes, reward fulfillment, or third-party claims. Our support team is available 24/7 via help@raiseit.com or through in-app messaging.

05 Amendments & Termination

We may update this agreement periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or platform policies. Continued use of RaiseIt after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days prior to effect.

RaiseIt reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or repeatedly breach community guidelines.

06 Your Acknowledgement & Acceptance

By proceeding, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and fully understand the risks associated with crowdfunding. You acknowledge that RaiseIt provides a platform for funding and is not a financial advisor, broker, or guarantor.
