Accessibility at RaiseIt
RaiseIt is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continuously improve the user experience for everyone and strive to implement accessibility best practices and guidelines.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
RaiseIt is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to remediate remaining barriers and achieve full compliance.

Accessible Features
Keyboard Navigation
All interactive elements, including buttons, links, forms, and navigation menus, are fully accessible using a keyboard. A visible focus indicator is provided to show where keyboard focus is currently located.
Screen Reader Compatibility
Our site uses semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks, proper heading hierarchy, and descriptive alt text for images to ensure compatibility with assistive technologies like NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
Readable Content
We maintain a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text. Users can resize text up to 200% without loss of content or functionality. Our typography uses clear, legible fonts with appropriate spacing.
Media & Documents
All videos include closed captions and audio descriptions where applicable. PDFs and downloadable documents are reviewed for accessibility, with alternatives provided when necessary.
Forms & Inputs
All form controls are properly labeled. Error messages are clearly identified and associated with the relevant fields. Instructions and placeholders never replace visible labels.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of RaiseIt, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions:
- Third-party integrations: Some embedded content from payment processors, social media, and analytics tools may not be fully accessible. We are working with vendors to resolve these issues or provide accessible alternatives.
- Legacy content: Older campaign pages and blog posts created before our accessibility initiative may contain barriers. We are systematically reviewing and updating these pages.
- Custom widgets: Certain interactive components like advanced campaign analytics dashboards are undergoing accessibility refactoring to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.
We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website and welcome feedback about any barriers you may encounter.
