If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach
- Ensure your account is used only by authorized personnel
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit suspicious activity.
4. Acceptable Use Policy

5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, AI models, algorithms, documentation, and interface elements provided by Robots.txt are the exclusive property of the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes only.
You retain ownership of your data, configuration files, and generated robots.txt outputs. However, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver such data solely to provide and improve the Services.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, CI/CD tools, search console APIs). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, terms, or data practices. Your use of third-party integrations is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described therein. 8. Limitation of Liability

- Service interruptions, delays, or failures
- Unauthorized access or actions by third parties
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated recommendations
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, threatens user safety, or compromises system integrity. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' prior notice via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage periodic review of this page.
