1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Sabor & Fuego. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our restaurant services, website ("saborfuego.com"), online ordering platform, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website, making a reservation, ordering food, or dining at our establishment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Dining & Services
Sabor & Fuego provides dine-in, takeout, and catering services. We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to any person for any reason, including but not limited to intoxication, disruptive behavior, or dress code violations.
- Limit the number of guests at any given table.
- Modify our menu, pricing, and service hours at any time without prior notice.
- Require payment in full before or after dining, as specified at the time of service.
3. Reservations & Cancellations
Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed by our staff. We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reserved time. After that, the reservation may be released without notice.
- Cancellations: Please cancel or modify reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a no-show fee of $25 per person.
- Repeat Offenders: Guests with multiple no-shows may be banned from the reservation system.
- SPECIAL EVENTS: Private event deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the event date.
4. Alcohol & Age Restrictions
Sabor & Fuego is committed to responsible service of alcohol.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Valid government-issued ID may be required.
- Guests under 21 are not permitted in designated bar areas (if applicable).
- We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest appearing intoxicated or violating local laws.
- Designated drivers are encouraged; we offer non-alcoholic beverage options.
5. Online Ordering & Delivery
When you place an order through our website:
- Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in menu descriptions and pricing, but items are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you for a substitution or refund.
- Payment: Payment is required at the time of order. Transactions are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
- Delivery: Delivery is facilitated by third-party partners where applicable. Sabor & Fuego is not responsible for delays or issues caused by delivery partners once the order has been handed off.
- Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of order completion. We reserve the right to assess the validity of refund claims.
6. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies
We take food allergies seriously. However, our kitchen prepares food in a shared environment containing common allergens including:
- Gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, shellfish, soy, and fish.
- We cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free of allergens, even if prepared with substitutions.
- Guest Responsibility: It is your responsibility to inform our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, but cross-contamination may occur.
7. Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward our staff, other guests, and our property. Prohibited behaviors include:
- Harassment, threats, or abusive language.
- Disruptive noise or behavior that interferes with other guests' dining experience.
- Bringing outside food or beverages into the restaurant.
- Unauthorized photography or videography of guests or private events.
Violation of these standards may result in removal from the premises without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and branding, is the property of Sabor & Fuego and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.
Guest photography for personal use is permitted and encouraged! Tag us @saborfuego.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sabor & Fuego shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. This includes but is not limited to:
- Foodborne illness resulting from undisclosed allergies or improper preparation by third-party delivery.
- Damage to personal property left unattended.
- Intoxication-related incidents occurring after service has been refused.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Privacy Policy

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
12. Changes to Terms
Sabor & Fuego reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
