How private and confidential are the sessions?

All groups operate under strict confidentiality agreements. Participants sign privacy waivers, sessions are held on encrypted platforms, and facilitators enforce strict boundaries. Your identity and shared experiences are never disclosed outside the group.

What if I'm not comfortable speaking right away?

That's completely normal. You're never forced to share before you're ready. Many participants listen for the first 1-2 sessions before contributing. Our facilitators gently guide participation at your pace.

Can I switch groups if it's not the right fit?

Absolutely. Your wellbeing comes first. If a group isn't meeting your needs, our care coordinators will help you transition to a different program seamlessly, often with a prorated credit or full refund.

Do you accept insurance or offer financial aid?

We partner with several major insurers and offer flexible payment plans. We also provide sliding-scale fees and limited scholarship spots each quarter for those experiencing financial hardship.
