- $25 Admin Fee: Requests made within 24β48 hours
- Portal Recommended: Use your client dashboard for instant rebooking
- Availability Based: New dates subject to team scheduling

- Medical emergencies (self or immediate family)
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Verified utility/power outages affecting your home
- Work-related emergencies requiring immediate attendance
