Frequently Asked Questions
Common inquiries regarding custom staple manufacturing and ordering.
Our standard MOQ for custom-dimension staples is 100,000 units per order. For highly specialized materials or coatings, MOQ may increase to 250,000 units. Volume discounts apply for recurring contracts.
Initial engineering validation takes 2–3 business days. Physical samples are produced and shipped within 7–10 days after specification approval. Minor revisions are completed within 3–5 days.
Yes. Send us 10–20 samples of the staple you wish to replace. Our metrology lab will measure crown, leg, wire gauge, and coating thickness to engineer an exact or improved match.
All custom production runs include ISO 9001 process documentation, material mill certificates, and batch-specific dimensional reports. We also support third-party inspection upon request.
First-time custom orders require a one-time stamping die/setup fee ranging from $450–$1,200 depending on complexity. This fee is waived for annual volume commitments exceeding 2M units.
