At StapleCraft Pro, we engineer every staple to exacting specifications with a defect rate of less than 0.2%. While our rigorous quality control processes ensure exceptional consistency, we understand that supply chain variables, shipping damage, or specification mismatches can occasionally occur. This policy outlines how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or refund, your order must meet the following criteria:
- Requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
- Products remain in original, unopened packaging with tamper seals intact
- Items are unused, uncontaminated, and free of rust or moisture damage
- Return matches the original order specifications (size, gauge, coating, quantity)
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided
⚠️ Important Note
Staples exposed to environmental conditions (humidity, temperature fluctuations, improper storage) that cause coating degradation or wire oxidation are excluded from standard return eligibility.
Return Process
We’ve streamlined our returns workflow to minimize disruption to your operations. Follow these steps to initiate a return:
Submit Request
Contact our returns team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.
Receive RMA
Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.
Pack & Ship
Securely repackage items in original boxes, affix the RMA label, and drop off at the designated carrier.
Inspection
Upon receipt, our quality team inspects the shipment. You’ll receive confirmation within 48 hours.
Refund & Replacement Timeline
Once your return passes quality inspection, we will process your resolution according to your original purchase preference:
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may apply.
- Credit Notes: Applied to your business account immediately upon inspection approval, valid for 12 months.
- Replacements: Shipped within 2 business days via expedited freight at no additional cost.
- Damaged Goods: Shipping damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to manufacturing constraints and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-engineered staples manufactured to proprietary specifications
- Products with altered dimensions, coatings, or wire temper
- Bulk orders where quantities differ from the confirmed purchase order
- Third-party stapling equipment or accessories not sold by StapleCraft Pro
- Items returned past the 30-day eligibility window
💡 Custom Order Policy
Custom specifications are produced exclusively for your account. Unless a manufacturing defect is verified by our engineering team, custom orders are final sale. We recommend requesting physical samples before approving full production runs.
International & B2B Enterprise Accounts
Customers with Enterprise Supply Agreements or international distribution contracts are subject to terms outlined in their master service agreement. Regional return centers are available in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Cross-border returns may be subject to customs duties or import regulations, which remain the responsibility of the initiating party.
