Product Specifications & Custom Orders

All standard staples are manufactured to ISO 9001 tolerances. Custom requests require engineering approval. StapleCraft Pro reserves the right to adjust specifications by ±0.05mm due to material batch variations without invalidating quality guarantees.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is quoted per ton or per thousand units, excluding applicable taxes and duties. Payment terms are typically Net 30 for approved business accounts, or prepayment for new international clients. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

Limitation of Liability

StapleCraft Pro's liability is limited to the total value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from stapler compatibility issues, improper storage, or third-party handling.

Intellectual Property

All branding, product diagrams, technical documentation, and website content are proprietary to StapleCraft Pro. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering of custom staple designs is strictly prohibited.

We operate a global logistics network to ensure timely delivery of premium staples to printers, publishers, and industrial clients worldwide.

Processing & Lead Times

• Standard Inventory: 2–4 business days processing, 3–7 business days transit (domestic).
• Custom Engineering: 10–15 business days for prototyping, plus manufacturing lead time.
• International: 5–12 business days depending on customs clearance and destination.

Packaging & Handling

All staples are vacuum-sealed in moisture-proof pouches, packed in reinforced corrugated cartons, and palletized with edge protectors. Shipping labels include batch numbers for full traceability.

Risk of Loss & Insurance

Risk transfers to the carrier upon handoff. All shipments are fully insured. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate commercial addresses and import documentation. StapleCraft Pro will assist with customs forms but does not guarantee clearance timelines.

We stand behind the quality of every staple. If you receive defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods, we will make it right.

Inspection Window

Recipients must inspect shipments within 5 business days of delivery. Claims for missing items or visible damage must be filed within this window with photographic evidence and batch reference numbers.

Defective Goods

Staples failing to meet specified gauge, length, or coating standards will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. We do not charge restocking fees for manufacturer defects.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-engineered staples, opened bulk inventory, and items modified per client specifications are final sale unless they fail documented performance testing.
