Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details. We will provide a prepaid return authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds are processed within 5â7 business days to the original payment method.
Special Conditions
- Custom/Made-to-Order Staples: Non-refundable unless manufacturing defects are confirmed by our QA team.
- Damaged/Missing Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship replacements immediately at no cost.
