Order Processing Times
- Standard Catalog Orders: Processed and shipped within 1β2 business days
- Custom/Specialty Orders: 3β5 business days for production & quality inspection
- Bulk/Wholesale Pallets (500kg+): Scheduled pickup within 5β7 business days

Freight & Bulk Shipping
Orders exceeding 200kg are shipped via Less-than-Truckload (LTL) freight. Our logistics team will assign a dedicated coordinator to handle carrier selection, liftgate services, and delivery scheduling. Ocean and air freight options are available for international wholesale accounts.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email containing carrier tracking details, estimated delivery date, and POD documentation instructions. Real-time status updates are available through your client portal.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We stand behind the quality of every staple we manufacture. If your order does not meet our premium standards or your operational specifications, we offer a straightforward return and resolution process.
Eligibility Requirements
- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- All packaging must be intact to prevent moisture or contamination damage
- Original invoice or Purchase Order number must accompany the return
Custom & Bespoke Orders
Staples manufactured to non-standard wire gauges, lengths, or alloy compositions are considered final sale unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed by our QA team. We conduct pre-shipment sample approvals for all custom orders to prevent discrepancies.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If your shipment arrives damaged or contains defective staples (misaligned legs, coating failure, jam-causing tolerances), we guarantee a 100% replacement or full refund. Simply contact our support team with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will not require you to ship back defective material.

Inspection & refund/replacement processed within 5 business days
Restocking Fees
Non-defective returns exceeding 50kg will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs. Wholesale account holders with annual contracts exceeding $25,000 are exempt from restocking fees.
β οΈ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for non-defective returns. We prepay return shipping for all manufacturer defects or shipping damages.
