StapleCraft Pro staples are manufactured using precision cold-drawn low-carbon steel wire, heat-treated for optimal spring temper and fatigue resistance.

C1012 - C1018

Low-carbon steel wire. Cold-drawn to achieve uniform grain structure and consistent yield strength across production batches.

⚡ Tensile Strength

850 - 1050 MPa

Measured per ASTM A228. Ensures staples withstand repeated compression cycles without permanent deformation or leg splaying.

🛡️ Zinc Plating Thickness

5 - 8 μm

Electrolytic zinc coating. Provides corrosion resistance for standard office environments. Blue zinc variant features chromate conversion layer.

🌡️ Operating Temperature

-40°C to +85°C

Maintains structural integrity and coating adhesion across extreme thermal cycles during storage and industrial processing.
