1. Introduction & Acceptance

• "Products" refers to all paper staples, fasteners, binding materials, and related accessories offered by StapleCraft Pro.
• "Orders" means any request to purchase Products placed through our website, email, or authorized sales representatives.
• "Customer" refers to the individual or entity purchasing Products.
• "Business Days" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding recognized federal holidays.

3. Product Availability & Pricing

All Products are subject to availability without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or alter specifications of any Product at any time. Prices listed on our website are in USD unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without prior notice. For bulk or wholesale orders, pricing may be negotiated and confirmed in a separate quotation or purchase agreement.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

By submitting an Order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. StapleCraft Pro reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment terms vary by customer type:

• Standard Customers: Full payment required prior to shipment via credit card, ACH, or wire transfer.
• Approved Business Accounts: Net 30 payment terms may be extended upon successful credit verification. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge or the maximum rate permitted by law.

All transactions are processed securely through PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via approved logistics partners based on destination, order size, and customer preference. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We reserve the right to adjust freight costs if actual measurements differ significantly from estimates. For international shipments, the Customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and compliance requirements.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

StapleCraft Pro stands behind the quality of our Products. We offer a limited warranty that Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• Defective Products: Must be reported within 30 days of delivery. We will issue a replacement or refund upon receipt of defective items in original packaging.
• Non-Defective Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided Products are unused, unopened, and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
• Custom Orders: Non-returnable unless they fail to meet the mutually approved specifications.

Refunds are processed within 10 Business Days of inspecting returned goods. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and compilations, is the property of StapleCraft Pro or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The StapleCraft Pro name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StapleCraft Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our Products or website.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Product giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StapleCraft Pro from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our Products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Charlotte, NC, in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or products after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage customers to review this page periodically.
